As Head of Center of Competence at ASM Bernhard Fritz leads the SMT Center of Competence in Munich - implementing exemplary workflows and lines for the digital factory. On top of this Bernhard Fritz works with partners such as KUKA on projects to advance automation in electronics assembly.

Currently Senior Manager P&SM, Global Marketing at ASM, Fuyan Yang has been in the electronics assembly and semiconductor industry for more than 20 years. He always keeps an eye on the latest developments in the related fields of technology.
Hubert Egger is head of Products & Solutions Marketing at ASM. Apart from his tasks in the development of superior production concepts, software tools and features, he also frequently supports customers in electronics production optimization projects from initiation to implementation.
Irene Lim, ASM Marketing Director with an Engineering Degree from Nanyang Technological University (Mechanical & Production), is a very experienced SMT-expert. 23 years in the industry have influenced her vision of industry 4.0: She’s convinced that production automation has to be combined with augmenting the operators’ capabilities. One of his main subjects is Industry 4.0 and the Internet of Things.

Being active for 16 years in the electronics industry, the business economist and engineer of electronics and control technology is currently Head of EMEA Marketing at ASM.
With more than 32 years of experience in the industry, Norbert Heilmann is Technology Scout at ASM and a recognized industry expert in the field of surface mount technology. One of his special topics: the use of RFID technology for identification and data storage in the production process.
Peter Kronfeld, born in 1962, has always taken great interest in the subject of technological change in the economy, society and business. This already started when he was a student of economics and communication and he has been keeping track of these topics as a journalist and as managing director of HighTech communications GmbH until today.
